Erin is a 31 year old photographer and traveler who takes pictures of the great outdoors and the places that she travels. I chose Erin as the artist I wanted to research because she has a variety of styles and themes she likes to work with. She mostly takes outdoor shots, but since the pandemic, she started making her own outdoor shots and home, with food, shoes, and other indoor props, to make it look like the outdoors. She believes that photography can change the world and she puts that into all of her work. Unfortunately, I did not get to ask her questions, but she has a lot of information on her site. She has wanted to travel and be a photographer for most of her life, but didn't really think that she would be able to make it into an actual career. She says that "I believe that’s what happens when you try to avoid your purpose. It comes back to remind you what you’re really here for." She uses a lot of adobe for editing and is actually sponsored by them. I'm so glad I got to look more into her work and learn her story.
